The Great Tengu-Daitengu

Daitengu or "Greater Tengu" 大天狗 These powerful yokai appear usually as that of a man dressed in the robes of an monk, with a red face and an incredibly long and phallic nose. It is believed that the longer the nose, the more powerful the tengu. They also may have large, feathered wings. Daitengu spend most of their time in deep thought, meditation, and self improvement. They possess greater wisdom and power than lesser tengu. They can also be just as savage and unpredictable, making them potentially much more dangerous.
