Auto Union Type C

Astonishing racing car, not only for its design and its 6 wheels, but also by its mid-rear engine, a V16 producing +500bhp, is the third version of the racing car designed by Ferdinand Porsche, launched in 1936. The aim of this car was to allow Auto Union to enter Grand Prix races. Which the car did and quite successfully by dominating the racing world with the Type C that same year. Seeing this piece of automotive history driving on the frozen lake of Saint Moritz was for sure something to see once in a lifetime.
