She is the daughter of the god Dagan, and the sister of Baal, the god of the Storm and the main deity of the peoples of the Near East. Warrior goddess, she holds an ax in one hand and a spear and a shield in the other. She dominates wild animals, watches over chariots and horses during battles, and in this role she was made the wife of Seth.
