With a new year come resolutions, and the top of that list is weight loss. During this time we become fixated on fad diets and weight loss hacks and pay more attention than ever to social media influencers pushing there agendas. This is all usually targetted at young women who are being poisoned to think that how they are isnt good enough, resulting in children having eating disorders because they think theyre too fat.
