When somebody is flaunting their wealth online how real is it? We live in a time where people will happily rack up credit card debts to live a life they can't afford because they see other people living that way online and on TV. It is a vicious circle of people trying to outdo each other when nobody can really afford to live this way. But instead of seeking true happiness we decide to pose with this fake wealth to show everyone just how much we're willing to spend to be happy. #Spend is the tenth piece in the "Impostergram Series", a unique look into how social media dominates our lives and why we shouldn't always believe what we see in our social feeds.
