Dithering in Sines (2021)
Dithering is a technique for approximating halftones, typically applied to grids of pixels. However, discrete units like "pixels" are a foreign concept to path-oriented drawing machines like the plotter used to create this piece. So instead, we dither the lines drawn by the machine, from which emerge a wonderful range of interlocking curves.
