There was nobody in the Grape D’Vine wine shop for a good reason. Outside, a torrential rain storm was sweeping across the Hudson River into Depot Square in Sparkhill, NY. Chef and shop owner Joe Printz recalls, “It was raining really, really hard. Nobody was even driving. But this son of a gun rides over in a scooter.
