A demo collection showcasing how Aspen allows you to embed Terms and Conditions into your NFTs. These terms will need to be accepted via on-chain clickwrap prior to taking ownership of the NFT. The terms are presented to the user by Aspen, or any marketplace that Aspen supports, at the time of mint, secondary purchase, and when bidding on or swapping for the NFTs. The terms can also be accepted by the user on the Aspen collection page prior to purchasing terms enabled NFTs on other marketplaces that do not currently support terms enabled NFTs.
