He was a reporter for The Commonwealth Tribune, sent out after The Degeneration, to find out why the Walkers seem to be behaving differently. No one knew what happened to him, he was just presumed dead, until packages of photos and audio tapes started to be delivered to seemingly random Commonwealth outposts.
