WAGMI Estates

WAGMI Estates is one of the first housing developments in the Sandbox. Our mission is to fractionalize LAND parcels and build affordable housing solutions for the individual metaverse enthusiast. Our parcels have unique themes, amenities and floor-plans (common, villa, mansion). The WAGMI Estates ecosystem consists of 3 components: Blueprints, Estates, and $HOA token. Holders can burn their blueprints for Estates.
