This track is an interlude from my debut LP, Existential Soul (2021). However if you listen back, you'll notice that the original version's audio is much more stripped down. This version pulls out all of the stops including; background vocals, strings, synths, and to top it all off, was recorded live, at Ruby Room Recordings. About: This song is about my relationship with my mother before we went to therapy, and began our healing process. It means so much to be able to share this work with you. We often don't talk about the transition from adolescence to adulthood, We're expected to just graduate, thrive and survive.
