CityGradient

This collection aims to capture the unique aspects that a city and its inhabitants create. Most cities are designed with a grid pattern, much like digital content, and other man-made organizing patterns. These grids appear to be similar when observed at a distance yet when inspected more closely the individual aspects begin to appear the closer one looks. Much like a neighborhood of ticky-tacky houses appear the same, but when the occupants are looked at, their personal world of dreams, desires, abilities, and tastes are as different as one could imagine. This uniqueness, is captured in a simple gradient within each cell of an overall grid that represents a particular city.
