Golden Awakening is a collection of abstract portraits and a visual statement, a fusion of traditional flair and contemporary values. The goal of this collection is to explore artworks that speaks for themselves without the need for interpretation, people view art subjectively & I intend to preserve that, the African Symbols embedded in this collection are called Adinkra symbols and they hold deep meanings from ancient African wisdom and proverbs.
