Generative music portraiture. It started with a vague idea of creating generative portraiture and music from the same data and combining them into singe pieces of work. This collection is the result of experimenting with this idea. The visuals are generated from three main sources of data, two portrait photographs and 83 handdrawn line portraits and a facecaptured model of my head . In order to create one of these animations the system selects a handful pixels from a photograph which seeds the chain of events that constructs the rest.
