AZORES B&W Series The Azores Islands, an autonomous region of Portugal, are an archipelago in the mid-Atlantic. The “magic” islands are characterized by dramatic landscapes, fishing villages, green pastures and hedgerows of blue hydrangeas. These are some shots from my trip to São Miguel, the largest Island of the archipelago, with lake-filled calderas, stormy weather and magic in the air.
