Depression Not Dead

Depression Not Dead, at a point in my life, I was having trouble in focusing on what I wanted, what I had and what I was looking at. This actually got me into a slight depressive mode for sometime which was not really good for me neither anyone. Those around me can’t really tell what I was going through at that particular time because I never let it out, I always put on a smiling face and I laugh a lot just to push me out of that mode, sometimes I hide for no one to see me just because I felt not everyone really understands the pain each of us go through in life and some others get to make mockery of you.
