Alexithymia - Glitch 200 unique pieces In psychotherapy, the first challenge to be overcome is the patient's difficulty translating his thoughts and feelings into words. As a psychologist, I’ve came across this a lot. How many of you, artists, manage to make yourseves understood through words alone? Not being able to do so is very common and is part of being a human, actually; each person expresses itself best in its own way.
