NIGHTONEARTH

The earth at night. The modern age has removed many of us from the night sky. But for someone like me- someone living in a major metropolis- reconnecting with the stars is something magical. Looking up into the vast sea of stars, you understand how important the night sky was to the formation of our mythologies and spiritual traditions. In the same way that some people are intimately connected with the ocean, I feel a pull to the stars. Something happens inside of me when I get to look up into the unpolluted night sky.
