This is how my bipolar mind speaks to me and tries to break my spirit. Malachi is my son (referred to in the writing) and he is the reason I am continuing today. I have had depression since 1992 when I was 12 years old. I am sharing this depression writing to let people know that they are not alone with their internal struggles and to help lesson the stigma associated with mental illness.
