Single men — Bae Area Online dating apps keep trying to get me to upgrade to “Premium” by showing pixilated images of men who have supposedly swiped right on me. But instead of paying the dating app (“Premium” will unpixilate the images/let me see all the profiles at once), I’m turning them into NFTs. (Does this count as satire for the aesthetics of popular crypto art of late?) The dream goal for this collection is for a dude to recognize his pixilated dating profile image, and buy himself from some internet stranger and make it his social profile. Or for someone who was also “swiped right” on by same dude and recognizes the pixilated image from their dating app “premium” ad
