The Anarchic Mistickks

The Mistickks live in a futuristic world where a strange birth defect has started to happen, the children's heads are shapes! By shapes I mean shapes like squares, rectangles, triangles, even a weird shape with two spikes coming out of its head! Immediately after this started happening the parents abandoned their children at the hospitals where they were born and in the years since they were discovered. After the doctors ran every test imaginable they went to the orphanage to leave the kids there to have a chance at a semi-normal life.
