"Du caractere a la Lettre"

This serie is composed by five letters' collection produce in 1992 and dedicated to the great master of calligraphy 沙孟海 Sha Menghai. In 1986 the notorious producer of pencil and brush 武林邵芝嚴 Wu Lin Shao Zhi Yan based in Hangzhou produced a big brush (80cm length, 14cm thick of horsehair) for the birthday of Sha Menghai. They collected more horsehair than required and decided to produce two more similar brushes. I had the chance to acquire one of these pieces of art engraved (武林邵芝嚴笔莊 一九八六年沙孟海题) which allow me to produce this serie.
