A little boy named Bear

Hi my name is Daniel I’m 24 and up until got Bear I was selfish and irresponsible with my time with zero cares in the world. Depression can be harder than you think and we can let it run our life’s going on auto pilot. Without going into too much detail about my life I felt like I had nothing going on for me and I didn’t want to do anything about it having no motivation. Happy to sleep from couch to couch content with being lazy. With the pandemic I felt even worse but with the world on hold I finally felt like I had time to work on myself and change my way of thinking.
