A 16 piece collection by multi-award winning Milky Way Landscape Photographer David Magro. A Cluster of Stars is a small collection of 8 years photographing the Milky Way over diverse Australian landscapes. Each photograph requires precise planning to align the foreground with the distant Milky Way 26,000 light years away. This alignment occurs on select nights of the year when no moon is visible in the sky and when Earth faces the centre of our galaxy after dark. Most photographs have taken years for elements to align with good viewing conditions.
