Abstractatus

A collection of abstract digital paintings that reflect the existential situation. We have a warrant to live in the world, but it is a cold place. We get lost in mobs, crowds, narratives, and ideas. We find strength in ugly things and we suffer beauty. As Sartre famously wrote: "Hell is other people." Well, so is all the goodness that we feel and know. It is what we do that we become; that alone unites us with and distinguishes us from each other.
