Magic Rain

Magic Rain is a small collection of 6 photographs. There is something magical and melancholy on rainy days, in the wet city streets, tiny raindrops shining in the light of night lamps, in the walks of rare passers-by and the joy of lovers squeezed under an umbrella. The rain is falling and the world is suddenly getting quieter, the lights are dimming, the noise of the street is getting quieter, and every scene in the rain is suddenly more charming, almost cinematic photogenic. Rain is like cleansing, it brings us loneliness, calm, leaves us with our own thoughts and slows us down, like a caring mother who knows we need a break from the noise and frenetic chase.
