Ocean lady

A long-standing friendship between Cristina Zenato, also called „Shark lady“ and Lucie resulted in a series of underwater photographs, taken in the Bahamas. Most of the photo was taken underwater on single breath. For Lucie, Cristina represents a woman who is connected to the ocean and the underwater world. She just calls her the „Ocean lady“. Cristina specializes in shark diving and shark behavior. She is one of the first in the world to have been able to induce a state of relaxation in the Caribbean Reef sharks through gentle touch.
