Hypnagogic Hallucinations vol. 1

Since around 8 years old I’ve struggled with OCD more specifically intrusive thoughts. It’s been very tough to find any areas of my life where I get a break from these thoughts. These spaces I visit to photograph have given me what I’ve been searching my whole life for, a respite from these thoughts. When I’m exploring these places their ethereal and almost serial feel give me an almost disassociated experience. I’m able to shut off my brain for a short while and just be. One thing I love about photography is how perfectly it can distill the feeling of that exact moment.
