SOUTHERN PEAKS COLLECTION

An evocative collection of beautifully captured black & white images showcasing the raw, intense vastness of one of the most dramatic mountainous landscapes in the southern hemisphere. The Southern Alps runs 500km north to south with the tallest peak, Aoraki / Mount Cook being the highest point in New Zealand at 3,724 metres (12,218 ft). The mountain region is made up of huge hanging glaciers, deep glacial valleys, and turquoise blue lakes. The tonality of the images, ranging from stark whites to rich, deep blacks helps to create a compelling collection of images.
