Mile By Mile

It's June of 2022. It's been a few years since I traveled more than a couple hours from home. Enough is enough! As I type this, I'm already well into a cross-country roadtrip with my wife and children, on our way from New York to Oregon, with a few nature stops along the way. The plan is, and always has been, to keep things structured but random; if a roadside attraction like the world's largest ball of twine takes us away from a classic national park, well then, so be it.
