Building on over 30 years years of family legacy and brewing tradition in Davis, California, we (Sudwerk Brewing Co.) specialize in producing artisanal craft lagers and innovative new styles. Sudwerk is a slang German word for “community brewery” which drives our core ethos; to continuously strengthen and give back to our community.
