The Butterfleye

Butterfleyes. The butterfly represents transformation, and though everyone sees the beauty of the butterfly, we don’t often consider the darkness they had to go through before their metamorphosis. Integrating eyes into my pieces represents to me the ways that what we always seek outside of ourselves is always within us. It’s simply a matter of looking within to tap into that. Therefore, my Butterfleyes aim to bring healing and transformation through introspection, and I am integrating many of the healing practices I’ve learned into this art to further being that more to life, including music and healing energy.
