Intrusive Thoughts Journal

It’s written all over my face. In this series of works I have used my face as my canvas. Journal writing and keeping a diary has been part of my life. It’s the place I confide all my secrets and vulnerabilities. As artists we use many techniques to tell a story. I chose to expose my naked truth, my message, my story by sharing my biggest challenge my battle with Intrusive thoughts.
