In 2086, the sea has risen to a cataclysmic height wiping out all coastal cities. From the waters has also come a new threat: mutated creatures best described as Squid-monsters. Angry and ravenous, the Squid-monsters hunt those who've survived the floods and fled inland. Desperate to stop this onslaught and take back her world, Dr. Maya Miller has cloned herself and modified these clones, along with herself, to create cybernetic warriors who now hunt the hunters; who now stalk the Wetlands.
