nemrut crater lake

This image was taken in Nemrut crater lake located in Budaklı village of Güroymak district in Bitlis province. The water of this lake reaches 45-50 degrees Celsius in winter months. Its water is healing. It is good for many diseases. During the winter, children bring their horses and buffaloes to warm up in this hot water. The vapors of hot water create an image of fog. I also like to photograph and share places where not everyone can go. My photo in this place, where I went on foot in snowy weather, has a special importance for me. Semih AKCA I live in Turkey.
