White Sands by Ash Page

The images in this collection were taken over a span of 2 days at White Sands National Park, New Mexico. I went there in May 2022 as the temperature was hovering around 100F. Majority of the pictures were taken during a hike around a 5 mile trail from late afternoon as directional light set in until sunset. White Sands National Park is a heaven for abstraction and symmetry. The pinkish glow that emanates as the soft rays of the setting sun hits the surface of the dunes alongside the blue, purple, orange hues of the sky makes it a photographer’s paradise.
