Mind is constantly leading us astray. The moment you try to get out it will do everything to keep you inside, attached, not free. My work is all about getting out of the mind. As a part of my coaching process, I resolve particular emotional knots with art. Some forms, patterns, and motifs help me to understand the underlying mind mechanics.
