PART 1 of a 4 part series Inspired by the spread of ideas, knowledge, news, and the pandemic, Contagio is the first project launched by two MIT scientists making their entrance into the world of generative art. Simple in appearance yet technically complex, Contagio models real transmission dynamics, with each pathogen having unique duration and infectiousness. Each output is random and unique.
