Then and Now V3

This work is from the series "Then and Now" where after careful research into historical archives of Puerto Rican culture in relation to others during the same historical parameters. The photographs have been juxtaposed with photographs crated on the road from Wisconsin to Florida. Trip made with my family after moving to Wisconsin as a result of Hurricane Maria. This work looks towards history to reflect in the now and the circumstances that continue repeating itself as a way of questioning our paths taken as a society.
