Analog Portraits

The 44 - 1/1 portraits, taken with 15 different analog cameras, are film photography portraits shot between 2016 and 2021 by Mithat Erdoğan. I was born in Adana, Turkey in 1984. I am currently residing in Muğla, Turkey. I studied economics at Istanbul University and have been working as a tax advisor since September 2007. I started to shoot analog photography in 2015. I mainly shoot portrait, model, street and documentary photography. When I go out and wander in the streets while my 35mm analog camera hanging around my neck I feel like Dziga Vertov’s “Man with a Movie Camera”.
