ghoul /ɡo͞ol/ noun an evil spirit or phantom, especially one supposed to rob graves and feed on dead bodies. a person morbidly interested in death or disaster. Halloween is a time for everyones freak flags to fly high and the parade in NYC showcased the fun, quirky and weird side to almost everyone in NYC.
