Hong Kong is a wonderful place with an incredible amount of late night shops, restaurants and all kinds of charming shops with a unique soul. The late-night snack is a true fourth meal, not just something you grab from a truck or a fast-food spot. There's even a name for it: siu yeh. For locals, it’s a great way to unwind and kick back after an extremely long day of work.
