The Mining Bee

According to a 2018 U.S. Department of Agriculture survey, the mortality rate of bee colonies in the United States exceeded 40% in some states. As the Bee colonies fade from our world, the consequences are real. Most global crops depend on bees for pollination, and the demise of bee colonies impacts our ability to produce food for the planet. A quote many attribute to Einstein says, "If the bees disappear, humans will only survive for 4 years." The Mining Bee Project is creating NFTs to advocate the importance of protecting this insect.
