Cnidarian Soup

Cnidarians are a group that encompasses corals, jellyfish, hydrozoans, sea pens, anemones, and box jellyfish (amongst others). The absolute range that they come in is one of the most fascinating things about them, which is a big reason I chose to focus on them with this collection. Before I was a photographer, I was a marine biologist. I had an aquaculture project that focused primarily on corals, sharing a facility with one of the largest and most storied coral exporters in Australia.
