Debauchery

"Debauchery" is an exploration of women releasing themselves from the shackles of religion, specifically religious oppression against womanhood, our sexuality, and our freedom of choice to pursue that which we desire. As a woman who grew up in a male-dominated Christian household with little to no allowance for self-expression - especially as a queer woman - I've curated this collection as a means to visually articulate our autonomy and sensuality as women, and what it looks like to free ourselves from the suffocating grip of patriarchal religion in order to reclaim our womanhood and fully embrace who we are without shame. Debauchery: excessive indulgence in sensual pleasures.
