In the 1990s the internet was supposed to become a democratic and open community designed to be a bastion of freethinking and art, but by 2004 the dream withered with the rise of corporate internet. And yet via blockchain we've reestablished the desire for an online experience with rules, currency, ownership, and a public forum. Pixel art was the style of the 1980s and 1990s when the internet, gaming, and processing was a fraction of what we have today.
