Mapping serise

I’m K-artist HyeGyung Kim based on Seoul Korea, and work on media & digital art, taking ancient East Asian art (Korean, Chinese, Japanese) history as the motif. *About Mapping series Symbols expressed in traditional patterns of East Asian paintings and crafts are embodied in ceramics through digital mapping techniques. The richness and auspicious cultural codes emanating through images expand the physical and cultural spaces of tradition and new media.
