Ether Lottery

Ether Lottery rules are quite simple- Participants must hold entry token at the end date to be considered for the giveaway. (see below) Giveaway is for 95% of token sales. All funding held in public wallet, where none will move until the giveaway, where then 95% of all funds will be sent to a randomly selected token holder.
