For years I was forced to swallow my pain with a pill and a glass of water. Feeling depressed? Take your pills. Anxious? Take your pills. Suicidal? Take your pills. Having a hypomanic episode? It's because you haven't taken your pills! For years I kicked and screamed to the point of exhaustion until finally I could take no more... So I swallowed.
