David Johnston - Their Streets

Have you ever been lost in traveling and notice that you're simply borrowing an experience from someone else's everyday life? Their Streets is a collection of photographs created from over eight years of traveling to different cities around the world. Each image was captured to focus on the normal parts of life in a culture that tourists pass by. Appreciating culture is the avenue to a connection to a place. I originally shot these photographs to document my global travels so I can look back on them when I get older and to show my kids what I saw.
